Refund Policy

Refund Window (14 Days)

Digital Products & Services

  • ·All of our products are digital goods and/or online services, delivered immediately upon purchase.
  • ·Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or as outlined below.

Subscription Refunds

  • ·If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel it at any time through your account settings.
  • ·Canceling a subscription stops future charges.
  • ·Refund requests for subscription purchases are eligible within 14 days of the original transaction date; after 14 days, fees are non-refundable.
  • ·Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

EU & UK Customers – Right of Withdrawal

  • ·If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, unless the digital service has already been fully delivered and you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.
  • ·By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Exceptional Refunds

  • ·Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as duplicate charges, technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved, or unauthorized/fraudulent purchases.

  • ·Refunds, when approved, are issued through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.
