Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products and services. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing a transaction.

Refund Window (14 Days)

We provide a minimum 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for eligible transactions. Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date are not eligible for refunds, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in this policy.

Digital Products & Services

All of our products are digital goods and/or online services, delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or as outlined below.

Subscription Refunds

If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel it at any time through your account settings. Canceling a subscription stops future charges. Refund requests for subscription purchases are eligible within 14 days of the original transaction date; after 14 days, fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

EU & UK Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, unless the digital service has already been fully delivered and you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as duplicate charges, technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved, or unauthorized/fraudulent purchases. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with your order details.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at: Email: hello@tryoutboundglow.email. Please include your order ID or receipt, the email used for purchase, and a brief explanation of the issue. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our authorized payment partner. Refunds, when approved, are issued through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.
